Victoria Punk accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and add-ons, like the thank you card, intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund to your original payment method will be processed within 1-7 business days, depending on your location and payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
